Hey Matt,
Just updating on the fate of your ex-Ty. Just happens that a friend of mine gets a wrecked 92 Ty in his shop to fix, guy slams drivers side into a pole and Ins co. totals it. (the guy had it a week!) I just happen to be having my Canyon tailgate repaired, (tree branch from hurricane Irene) and we started talking. He was interested in the parts but knew little to nothing about Ty's. He wound up buying it back from the ins. co. for a couple grand and will repair it. The truck must have been really nice, because it was real clean even after it got wrecked. Has a salvage title, but he's not even sure he wants to get rid of it after its done. Joe does awesome work, probably the best around here, he's built sweet rides that are done right, so I know its gonna look great when he's finished.
Upon inspection the frame is bent at the firewall/body mount. SO your frame, windshield, dash and some sheetmetal will be donated to resurrect a dead Ty. Plus I got what I needed so this wound up to have far reaching benefits.

Hey rich, that's cool to hear! Glad it all worked out and that my old RusTy is saving other trucks. It was hard to part it out after all the work that went into but I'm happy to hear other trucks worth saving are being saved. thanks for the update!

The steering wheel is sold but I do still have the console, cup holders, shifter, console bracket, shifter cable etc. I have the complete console minus the shift indicator. PM me if interested
