9/11 light throttle shudder?

Not too long ago there was a thread about the light throttle shudder with the 9/11 and I think Brian Harmans said there was a way to adjust line pressure using the Ultimate Chip to correct this problem. I can't find the thread using the search function. Anyone recall or know where this is?

this the one you're thinking of:

TC shudder is another thing I’ve answered in the past. I’m working on a fix that doesn’t require any prom editing. If you know what you are doing, you can fix it in the prom. What is causing the shudder is the fact that your foot isn’t pushing the throttle down very far and thus not signaling the tranny to increase pressure. Upping the MPH makes you push in a little more and thus eliminating the shudder. There are other parameters that will also correct this. Remember, most chips either think you have a stock tranny and TC or don’t account for the differences a high performance TC has in every different application. Custom chips are the way to go. Either learn it or have someone do it for you. I’ve seen several cool alternatives for DIYer chip tuners.

theres no line pressure adjustment in the chip that i know of.

anyway, what a lot of people are doing is raising the TC lockup setting so that it doesnt chatter at super low RPM's. (light throttle in OD) the down side to this, is that it doesnt lockup until well after your in OD. although... if your running a converter and a built tranny with increased part throttle shifts, the 50-55mph lockup actually seems pretty good. i like it.

John Waller and I have my TC lock up speed at 50 mph now and that works pretty well in Drive. But in OD when the TC locks at light throttle theres a pretty good bit of shudder so I either have to give it some gas or drop back to D. Maybe we can try raising it up a little higher.

Thanks,
