first of all how much power can the stock block handle.

now what is needed to get 450AWHP I have done some readeing and not really getting straight answeres I also read something about a 3200 minimum stall does this mean the truck will not move till you rev to 3200RPM's any input will help thanks

The 3200 stall is how many rpms you "can" turn the motor in 1st gear WITHOUT the driveshaft turning. i.e. footbraking...

Yes it will move before 3200, I imagine around 1000rpm. Stock short block have made almost 400AWHP but that is not typical and the have to be in perfect tune to hold together. Tuning is a big key with these trucks. Stock motors can blow up the factory short block if out of tune. The factory internal are weak and not upto par.

To do 450awhp, you will need a built up short block, (Forged pistons and rods, 4 bolts mains.) , a decent cam, and typically most use Vortec heads and air to air intercooler. From their just pick a big enough turbo to meet your goals. You will also need a torque converter and tranny beefied upto handle the power (4L80E would be a good choice). Atleast IMO, One thing you will find is the difference between 450awhp and 550awhp is the size of the turbo, one will have AC and better street manners.
