4 link Triangulated or 4 Link Parallel? or ??

I looking to upgrade the rearend suspension on my 92 TY
with a 4 link Triangulated or 4 Link parallel with QA1 Coil Overs
or any other suggestions.
What is the best

take a look at www.suicidedoors.com. Their bolt on 3-link looks a bit beefier and the top bracket is held by all 10 diff-cover bolts.
