#2320 = 3640#

So there happen to be some scales nearby that I can hop onto. I'd been meaning to get my Ty onto them for a while, and finally happened to be driving by them and made a quick detour. sorry for the crappy pics, it was getting dark and my phone decided that focusing was overrated.

3640 with about 1/4 tank of gas and no people inside. I was pleasantly surprised..i figured it would be more since I still am mostly stock on the outside. The coilover/tubular a-arms with torsion bar & xmember delete obviously saves a lot of weight..

but remember i'm twin turbo ls1 (alum) + 4l80e, 17" wheels that are 8" and 10" wide, completely stock body.

I doubt my ic setup weighs much less than the stock liquid setup. I should be able to shed a few more lb's here and there if I try to. Would be nice to get below 3500, but i'm not sure that'll happen.

maybe my single foglight delete saved me a bunch of weight.

Wow that is lighter than I would have expected. My Syclone was 3670 at the track scales with a half tank of gas and me (215#). I have abs delete, tubular a-arms, light weight front rad support, fiberglass f&r bumper supports, no spare, aluminum rear drums. I do have a little bit of stereo stuff but its maybe 30-35#'s worth.

Re: #2320 = 3640#

I still have stock rear drums. my truck has the aluminum bumper supports, so that helps a little I guess.

deleted/swapped: abs, anything a/c, heater core, rear load leveling, stock a-arms, torsion bars, torsion bar xmember, stock tranny xmember, spare tire, roof rack.

oh deleted the vacuum ball and charcoal canister too...that's a ton of weight right there too
