Where is a good 12 volt key on source under hood or is there any.

I would like to know this as well.

I am putting cameras in front and rear, and dont want them running full time to drain the battery down.

Pink at ignition is a 12v key on.

Test the empty spots on the fuse box, there are a couple you can use.

Passing on knowledge from DaveP

White wire at the wiper motor. Hot in RUN or ACCY. WIPER fuse.
Pink/wht at ABS 10-pin. Hot in RUN. BRAKE fuse.
Pnl/blk at fuel pump relay, A/C relay, Boost relay, I/C pump relay. Hot in RUN or START. ECM A Fuse.*

My choice is the white at the wiper. If the add-on stuff blows the fuse, only the wipers stop working. If you blow the ECM A fuse, it stops running.
