well that thing will flow a lot more than the stock restricted ic....so i'd say it has the potential of 100hp over the stock setup. If you just slap it on and stay at the same boost levels - no...you aren't gonna gain 100hp.

You are bidding on a brand new, NEVER Used, never opened, Intercooler kit. This was purchased at a company called Racen Proven Motors located in Los Angeles, California. This kit costed me around $1300 by the time I got through paying with tax and shipping. It has been in storage for about a year now. Never used, and NEVER removed from the box. This air to air intercooler is the one of the biggest you can buy. It supports a crazy amount of horsepower and cfm. Claims to be within the 100 horsepower range depending on the boost levels! Also, I had the mandrel bent piping POWDER coated black for extra coating. This was all professionally done at a local powder coating shop here. Costed me $300 just for that service.

I'd say a dramatic decrease in temp is a bit of an exaggeration.

A word of caution here,those pics and the ad description are lifted almost word for word from Mike's website.Judging by the fact that this guy just registered his ebay account,I'd lean toward this being a scam.

Yeah I saw that...It reads SCAM all over it. And these idiots are bidding all over it. Geez, don't they have any common sense? I tried to email the jackoff to give him some crap and the email came back undeliverable.

lol...i must be the biggest idiot because im the one who won the auction...anyway..his email afddress given from ebay isnt his real one i had trouble emailing him...he just emailed me from a different one...i told him it looked shady because of pics and powder coating story i noticed those werent the real pics anyway he said he was just looking around for an a/a setup to show someone what it looks like...anyway...i told him im only doingh a COD and im going to postdate the Cashiers check a week ahead and when i sign for it ill open it right there and determine if its legit or not to cancewll the check...dont worry guys ill make sure i cant get ripped ...thanks anway...thats the only way im doin it though COD..doesnt this sound ok???? or can i still get ripped???also he said he has the original receipt and warranty...also does anyone else know where i can get a a/a setup used????

I work at a bank and you won't be able to get a cashier's check postdated unless you own the bank. Also, postdating the check doesn't do anything.....banks will still cash it whenever it is presented. Just a little advice and help to keep you from getting screwed

Have him send the parts to you, you tell him youll pay him with cod, If something shows up then you pay for it, If not then you dont get ripped cause nothing will be there.

Tell him to give you his name and phone #,then ask Mike if he in fact sold an A/A setup to this guy.

I don't believe in any way that just by putting on a air to air will give you 100hp gain. You have to utilize and tune for the new intercooler to take advantage of it. If your setup is stock I can't see it doing much of any good over a good working stock IC.

If I remember right, he's in Orange County, that's not too far from me, only 30-40 miles, Justin949 lives down that way too.

I emailed him some questions, and gave him my cell....I didnt' get a call back, have him give you his number, and we can get someone from SoCal to check it out and get pics.

Just an idea, we have a lot of guys in SoCal......
