Mike, Could I just order an F-body Steering Box from Lee Power Steering and send them back my SY Steering Box as a core? Or do I need to actually have my SY steering box modified by them?

Do the factory S-10 Steel (or alloy) wheels used on the 4X4 have the same offset front and rear? or do you need 4x4 offset rims on the front...and 2WD offset rims on the rear? Also, What are the offsets? Will they look even?

75MONTE, Thanks for the info. I've heard about the newer GM radios being slightly longer. I guess you have to cut a section out of the "Air Duct" (Reseal with Duct Tape) to get it to fit into the dash. Don't really want to be cutting up my duct work. Anyway, thanks for the info about the...

Thanks for the replys! I'd really like to know if it is actually a "Plug & Play" operation for the later model units. There is usually plenty of them on E-bay. The Factory Radio that came in the SY is getting kind of old now...don't see to many advertised. Just don't want to spend the money...

Nick041881, The VIN on my Syclone is 1GDCT14ZXM8530112. If the last four digits are indeed the production number then technically...we both have SY #0112? Not really concerned. It sounds like both of your trucks are "the real deal". Now I'm really curious what my RPO Codes are...
