Just bought a 92 Ty from California. Are they "tuned down" in that state because of emissions? Anyway, anybody know of any shops or people in the Charlotte NC area to take this to that's familiar with TY's, a performance chip maybe ? Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Jim's 92
