Re: Florida Mechanic ? Agreed. It's hard enough to maintain a SyTy even with a good shop that knows them. That was the case 15+ years ago and even more true these days as most shops haven't seen one for a long time.

Need help on finding a good local SyTy mechanic. Just moved to Ft. Lauderdale and my 93 TY (#194) was joyrided and abused by the auto transport company. Any local mechanic recommendation would be appreciated, as I now have a few problems from the joyriding. Oh, and the TY is in showroom...

For the Kenne Bell CAI filter, I could use your advice on how to clean the filter and what are some replacement filter options. The KB instructions say the filter is Polyester and can be washed with detergent and water + be blow dried with an air hose. Is this correct? Anyone care to share what...
