Re: Another VICTIM of Waller performance
I am going to throw my two cents in here. First off, you obviously know nothing about chipping or tuning. A good tuner can make a mistake that could keep the truck form firing. Does it happen often? probably not. I personally I have done business with Waller more than once and have always gotten a great product and support from him. FWIW, there are plenty of vendors on here who are plain straight up dicks. They seem to pick and choose who they are dicks to but it does happen. I have seen some vendors threaten other members, tell them where to stick it to guys just asking questions, that kind of thing. Some people have a totally different experience with the same vendor and say that theirs was the best experience ever. I think that since you bought something form him, you should give him the benefit of the doubt to make it right if he is indeed wrong. You have to be careful when talking to these vendors because they don't really NEED your business sine they just do it on the side. Watch what you say or you could be left in the dust fabbing up your own truck, and from the looks of it, you'd be screwed  I just think it is plain wrong to call yourself a victim when you don't even know if you have actually been screwed yet. Some of these guys call back asap, some take their time, some don't call back at all. If I had a dollar for every time a vendor has either been an ass to me or left me in a position to call someone else, I may not be a millionaire but I would be living comfortably. Welcome to SYTY world!!
