I know where this is going already....and not to piss in your cornflakes, but SERIOUSLY, drop a nice 350 into your blazer instead of spending 10X the money on a turbo'd system from a SyTy. A) easier to find, B) easier to tune, C) easier keep running, D) more parts available, E) same, if not more horsepower and torque. Below in the link is a small parts list you'll need to come up with if you do decide to pursue the turbo 6, but in the last 2 years, there have been probaby 20+ people with the same goals as you, and I can only think of 1 that has completed the job (vortecfiero).

4.180 on most - some can actually go a little more but you will need to ask Gerber about his block.

max recommended bore is 4.160 on bowtie blocks, but like Marty said i have seen some that are 4.180.
You can usually go 4.040 on a stocker.

What he said...
Mine checked in with enough room to do 4.200, but I kept it to 4.155 as pistons, gaskets, etc are easily available. Also I can still go to 4.180 if I scratch a wall...if I have a problem. The shop said they don't recall a block being as square as this one. It was one of the 80s vintage blocks that Katech had. I imagine Katech got dibs on some of the better blocks back then...
