i went on the power tour in my formula firebird
and a twin turbo camaro .. had a rough prior week on the camaro
blown head gasket , broke locker rear in the 9 in ,
damaged a thrust bearing in a turbo ... when the camaro came into
springfield the pinion bearing in the spare posi ate itself
put a used open carrier in . made it a part way to st louis and
the bronze distributor gear ate itself and the turbo oil feed line
started leaking --put it on a trailer and sent it home .. i went on to
st louis and tried racing the car it slowed down .9 since i last raced it
it sounded fine so i drove on to chicago and when i went to leave my engine spun a rod bearing . i had to rent a u haul and trailer for$700
and take the car home ... so i was not able to make it yesterday
it was going to be my first time maybe next year ..
