Just sayin hi to everyone and hopefully meet some people around this area. I do alot of shows and meets except with the ty bc i just picked it up past sunday. I was on the bike almost all last yr and nothin else. im just here for the fun and passion. love things with engines. i no there is a couple syty and a sogt in the area. if ur on here let me no!

This might sound dumb but Im not familiar with ohio. Where is toledo? east, west, north, south? Im in indiana on the ohio border.

Well I actually live right by your work then. I'm in Macedonia right off of 480 and 91.(you pass my exit) I just moved here from west side of Cleveland this past fall. I also plan on getting a little wrench session goin on this spring, you should stop by and meet some Sy/Ty folks!ty0056 said:

Im on the southeast side of indiana so you are a ways from me. Seems like theres a lot of syty'ers between indiana and ohio. Im gonna have to turbo my newest 87 blazer so I can fit in since the ty is gone.ty0056 said:

Yup. I will try to get the ty out there this yr. I test drove a 93 ty in streetsboro not last wkknd but the one before i believe. It didnt have the power like the one i bought. Got to lookin at it before test drove it noticed a good exhaust leak right before the cat (my sonoma did that when the cat plugged up on me so i gutted it) so i didnt like that about it bc if the exhaust was backin up on the turbo then no good. Ball joints would had to be replace along with tires on front bc dry cracked and low edges on inside. The heater core was bypassed bc it blew. It has 93000 on it and he wanted 8500 he might go to 8000 and thats from 9000. He told me he paid 8700. Nope not me im not stupid. I will have to let u no next time i go out that way with the ty. My friend lives out in stow and i suppose to go see her. Prolly then for sure i will let u no.

I live laskey and lewis area in toledo. My parents live in Perrysburg. So i tend to go to Wendys on 25 and parkway plaza on a.w. trail. At nights im usually on alexis at ginos or in between mcdonalds and arby's in front of meijers. TY # is 0056 and i bought it off a guy by the name of matt 40ish for age. He has an 81 TA that he needed money for to fix it so he sold me the ty. so far it has rerouted ic lines thru fenderwell and i was told 3in exhaust with flowmaster type muffler. havent looked yet. im sure i will see you around

yeah theres a west lafayette and a lafayette. 2 hrs isnt bad its a 4hr drive there from where i live. usually my dad and i trailer my bike and his chopper there bc we stay there all wk so it gives us something to do :lol: once the weather clears im gonna get a pic of my saleen, the bike and the ty bc they r my toys

You are real close to me. I live on Jackman north of Alexis. I don't get out much with the SY besides car shows. I work a ton and have 2 kids and a wife that I spend all my time with. We will have to get together when the weather breaks. AJ is almost done rebuilding his TY. He is right up in Monroe. Real cool dude. Talk to you soon.
