Lifter question (bowtie block)

Will the roller lifters from the 3.8L's work in a bowtie block? I just wondered.. If they wont, which lifter is a good one to use? I read a while back that the Comp 897-12 will, is this correct?

Also, on the bowtie blocks. I've read that for stock blocks its not a good idea to do a full roller lifter because it allows oil to bleed back to the pan due to a unshrouded roller tip on some lifters. Does this happen on bowtie blocks as well, or no?

Bump....

I know someone knows what lifters to use on a bowtie.. Or how many different lifters can be used on the blocks.

You can not run a solid roller in a stock block because it only has one large oil gallery. The bowties oiling is like a small block chevy and you can use standard sbc lifters. If you want to run a solid roller in a stock block TA performance sells a lifter that will work in the stock block.
