Plugs Too Hot?

I've done some searching today, and cant find anything on running hotter plugs
I just bought a set of AC Delco R45TS today and was planning on putting them in this weekend, Pros, Cons

Too hot, get NGK UR6 or 5's.

Ok, dont want to take any chances, ordered some NGK Iridiums

Don't not use R45TS I have seen a truck with R43TS with lots of knock retard, that have been solved by just installing CR42TS.
