You might be able to clean up the pinhole area, rough it up (the surface)around the pinhole area & apply JB weld,as to get by for a little bit?
Might be able to tig weld it on the vehicle?
Or you can pull it out & get it repaired.
Note*** do not use the JB quick, does not stick as good,kinda crappy.

Take it in and have it redone. If the weld is that bad that slag is popping out and it's leaking, the rest of the weld is probably poo.
They can put a new clutch in it while they've got it apart. Contact Rusty at TCS or Don at PATC. They both do 9/11 converters of the old KB style and they may be willing to fix it.
