Ive got CODES!!!! and KR still!!!!

I have as follows:
51-EPROM/Flash Checksum fail
45-02 rich
35-IAC error
34-MAP Low
42-EST monitor error

I have no idea why Im getting the 51. The 45, Im sure is from my rich idle which I am working on. IAC could be from tuning when I had my idle going up and down. 34, I have no idea why Im getting that. And the 42, no idea there either. Im still knocking a lot. Im getting 10-12* at 20 psi. I only stayed on it to see what its been running like. I did a full qm blast. I definately have a rich mixture, at all boost levels, I get my AFR's @ 11's. I switched knock sensors and no change. I fixed the DP the other day with no change at all. The TC is locking up at 70mhp on the dot just like it always has. According to DM that is. I still hear that little rattling sound at mid RPM range. Im getting lost here, have no idea what to try at this point. I took off the heatshield over the Dp I was so desperate, made sure all the bolts were tight. What could it be?

Get the Ty manual and troubleshoot the ones you know you need to troubleshoot. The 42 can be if you've disconnected the timing wire under the dash. 51 is if you've modified a prom but not disabled the checksum routing. Map LOW along with an IAC would be something that needs to be trouble shooted. I can't remember what 34 is. If it's map low voltage, look for a ground wire coming off of the map sensor where the harness turns and goes around the bracket. O2 rick could be a stuck injector or a bad o2 sensor. Your gonna have to follow the troubleshooting flow charts.

Re: Ive got CODES!!!! and KR still!!!!

How do you disable the checksum rounting? My tan wire hasnt been disconnected since I put this motor in and I adjusted the timing. Is it possible that this code could be a result of my odd knock issue? The code 42 that is. Ill get checking on the ground for the low MAP. I dont use the stock bracket anymore and hevent for years, its relocated to the driver side fender. Any thoguht on what the rattling might be cause by? Im clueless at this point.

51 = PROM/cable not inserted properly. Bad cables/pins happen a lot. (I've replaced 2)
Check also that MASKID (PROGID) is AA.

Mess with the idle too much and you'll get a 35. Need to pull the ECMB periodically and
clear things out.

42 = Means that your timing check connector is possibly loose. Could also be caused by a bad Ostr. load.

34 = MAP low = Bad load, or loose connections. Periodic ECMB pulls = good.

Unless you're running good quality 110 octane or better, I would expect 10 degrees of knock at 20 psi. Try lower boost, like say, 16-17, find where your fuel needs to be for no knock, then up the boost another psi, repeat. It is (and should be) a time consuming process.

I don't consider 11.x:1 a rich mixture on pump gas, especially oxygenated winter high-altitude gas. Pull your timing back until the knock goes away at 17 psi or so.

People get it into their head that they "should" be able to run X boost, Y timing, because someone else does. The motor will tell you what it likes, not the other way around.

Crappy gas is the culprit behind knock most of the time. Adding good gas to bad gas = more bad gas. Sometimes, you have the pump it all out, and start over.

Without hearing the partucular rattle, it's pretty impossible to discern what it is.
