I passed emissions!

ALright! I just passed emissions with out a cat!
NO kidding!
Took it through, and it was good! THey did a pipe test, and it came back clear
I set the ultimate to VALET, and switched it back to T116 afterwards
Finally, I get to drive it. To bad it hasn't stopped raining yet today....:tdown:

Yeah all i pass is a safety and a visual.
no mo sniffer tests for OBD1s here.

Must be a friendly shop. PA emissions says that all factory emissions related equipment must on the vehicle. Good for you for getting through emissions.

i wish NJ was easy like PA

register it as a collector car.. $200 a year full insurance.. no inspections.. just can't drive it a ton of miles a year.

If your tuning it yourself and everything is in good shape it should pass without a cat

Technically speaking, when you are exempt you still have to pass a visual.I have my truck registered in the mountains which does not have emissions (i only get one sticker) and have had mine fail at an unfriendly shop.

Congrats ! I'm glad that I have collector vehicle status in my state (Ohio) and don't have to deal with that crap anymore...

My father's 450SL Benz has been cat-less for 25 years. Has always passed!!!
