Weldon fuel pump questions

CRISPY
I picked up what i thought was a weldon 2015 but it turned out to be a 2025a with the -8 fittings on it. I know it dosent have the pressure that the 2015 does but do you feel that the 80 PSI will be sufficient. I doubt I will ever go much over 20 PSI boost but I wanted to run E-85... I think that the volume will be sufficient. Any advise?

Thanks

40psi base 20psi boost = 60psi max pressure.

You will be fine.

Easy fix... run bigger injectors. The larger injector you run, the less base fuel pressure you'll need to support a given HP number.

A 2025 is rated around 160 gal/hr. Shorthand math, that'll support 6 160# injectors @ 60 psi.

Unless you're shooting for the 8's, I think you'll have enough fuel. :)
