"I coulda been a contender." - Marlon Brando
So..."Is there a web site, listing the hotest USA SyTy Vehicles for 2004?" I tried looking up previous sites such as SportMachines.com, SyTy.org,
SyTyAuthority.net, and SyTyNationals.com without much success. With the reference to Les`s Syclone (see Hot Rod`s 77 selection...) I wasnt able to find followup data/info. This got me wondering, if there is a database or "Featured Vehicle" section somewhere.
Lastly, with the June SyTy Nationals approaching, I thought it useful to update myself on owners/vehicles/mod`s. Being an old-timer, maybe the short list still consists of Canada/Tony, Hoover, and RPM/Mike....(noting that this list is more Sy and not much Ty); and it kinda overlooks Levy/Sy,
BrianG/Sy, Lee Howie/Ty, which were equally impressive vehicles in the past.
Perhaps "fantasizing" about a "Shootout" at this year`s Nationals, with lots of big guns (2WD/4WD) is wishful thinking, but knowning about the latest Hottie might also be fun (perhaps even "guessing", who would win, if matched up on a strip someday). Maybe someone from the Power Tour will show up, or is about to display, new record breaking times. Anyways,
I`m admitting that I really dont know much about the present Top 10 SyTy`s (if that many exist anymore).
thanks
