Where to get a 9/11 rebuilt? (again).

myclone and his infinte ability to goof up anything remotely computer related has now one upped himself.. I accidentally deleted a BUNCH of info in my PMs that Id saved that I need. Part of said info was where to send my 9/11 to get it freshened since its had metal particals circulated through it.

That being said (you guys can laugh later) I lost the contact info for TCS (I think thats the ppl) and the person I needed to talk to. I remember hearing that they have two locations and one you can deal with the other is so so on customer service.

So, anyone wanna post up the one of the two locations that can get this done for me?

ask for rusty. I also have a place here in town thats rebuilt mine a few times. that would be mucho cheaper than shipping it across the entire country.. just a thought... it;'s goin to be ~100 no matter you does it.

David what about emailing Brian Hartman? I am sure he could tell you exactly what you need to know. Only reason I say this is I remember him saying I should not call Rusty as he does not want to deal with the general public.
