TC Spacer??

I have a 91 S-10 converted into the syclone setup. The project started as a two wheel drive truck and became an AWD beast. The truck had a small block 406 in it pushing a little over 575 hp, all motor. Now i want to do a twin turbo LS motor. My original plan was to do the 6.0 LS but couldn't find one and I'm a little hard up for money at the moment, but lucky me I have a good friend who gave me a 5.3 LS engine. So now I'm gonna use this engine for now to get my basic setup for the LS conversion. I am using a T350 transmission cause i had it rebuilt after it suffer wear and tear from the 406. I was wondering if a spacer is needed for the transfer case now that I'm going to an LS?
