Stuck wastegate

My syclone over-boosts all the time, so i checked vacuum lines and boost solenoid and they seems fine , i changed the actuator to forge billet from sportmachine and still over-boosts
I disconnected the solenoid expecting 8psi , but still over-boosting
So i checked the waste-gate flap and sure enough it was stuck , sprayed it and it became free next day i test drive the car and it was over-boosting
My conclusion is that wastegate is stuck

Is it possivle to replace the wasgegate flap bushing and where can i fine the parts

If you can't find one, take it apart, measure the shaft and the hole, then look online, there are various places that sell bushings, like Grainger, and McMaster-Carr
