House should be selling soon. I have a cash buyer and the agent has people she thinks will offer more.
Still looking to build my own workshop anywhere from LA to SD, 1-2 acres. The price I'm looking for is close to $400K so I have enough for the structure and interior. Then I can get back to making a good buck for our crossover intake, maybe remake proper strikers, bushings etc.
If you have any recommendations or know a cool realtor good in the south east Cali agricultural/ equestrian areas let me know. You can DM if you prefer, or if you have my email from our list still that's even better.
If you wanna cruise around with me while I look too, let me know. I didn't know how freakn cool areas around Temecula were until I drove around there.

Fuck CA. Here you go just southwest of Nashville. You could buy the land and build something decent for 400k and it would be paid for.

Im looking in Vegas now. I put in an offer and the dude didn't like the contingency that my house sells so I'm waiting on my sale then at least I'll try for something fully paid. My agent is gonna give me final offers this afternoon.

If I don't get enough from my house to live comfortably in Vegas, then I'll just get a small place and leave everything in storage. Travel until I find somewhere nice.
