Project Ty 1295 revival

Helping a buddy get back in the SyTy game. Truck has a blown engine being replaced with a LS1 out of a wrecked corvette.



Modified the corvette motor mounts to fit.



Drivers side. Had to invert it to get it to work.

N.A. for now. Building headers forward facing so turbo can be added later. Just a stock LS1 don't want to blow it up to.

He had the LS1 just laying around after he crashed his vette. What else is he going to do with it?:lol:

Think he is leaning going twin turbo. Maybe using truck manifolds. Maybe build some headers.

hope you had that sucker bolted down while you were welding it. those things love to warp up when welded.
