first off my truck came with kenne bell headers, and in the begining it looked as though i had tons of room to play, however space is getting used up real quick.
i am not a fan of removing alot of things, such as the A/C heater box and pump , inner fenders, battery relocate and so on.
however i got the A/C/evap box back on the firewall, set the turbo on the header and put the inner fender on the pass side.
the turbo/header flange is touching the inner fender, there is VERY little room between the a/c box and the header for a down pipe and it almost looks as if the front of the turbo is about 3 inches away (or less) from the radiator/tranny cooler lines.
i was fed up with working on it today and left shortly after seeing this and taking a couple snaps, but WTF do i do now?
i am sure i won't be able to run anything bigger than a 2 in DP amongst all the other clearance issues....did KB not intend people to run a/c and inner fenders when they designed these headers?
any suggestions on what to do to retain these things would be appreciated.
