Stock injectors could get you there. Better question is what are you planning on as far as computer control/tuning goes?
I offer a basic 50lb/hr injector calibration setup in the Ultimate chips, but guys like Nolan & Dig, etc, will get you going really fast with custom chips too. You can learn and do it yourself as well.
Anyways, the reason I ask is that the 009's don't have much as far as syty calibrations go. They can be made to work, but there are many more 50lb/hr injector'd trucks out there, as well as trucks with stock injectors. Dig and a few others have gone high 11s on stock injectors, many more have done 12s with 'em.
I'd say a well tuned truck with your parts, running 18-20psi with good gas (100 octane +) should get in the 12s pretty easily. That's assuming you have done your regular maintenance (ignition, intercooler, fuel system etc).
