hey matt if your having trouble with the output shaft on your truck might wanna think about a ty xcase as it has a larger output shaft and spline count and could help with whatever your breaking.

you would also need to swap the yoke on the front of your rear driveshaft but dimension wise it's all the same.

PS. I have a spare ty case and yoke I could send if you wanna try it. that is if your not already running a ty case.

thanks! we just changed to a 32 spine bout a week ago. and yes we had to shorten our drive shaft bout an inch but it wasnt too big of a deal. we just havent changed everything in the Xfer case that we want to so we can put the slicks back on.

Oh yeah we do have a video of the 6.18 at huntsville but mike callahan has it, dont have the 9.73 from memphis, do have the time slips from both. i'll post them all on dochoover.com when i have time. thanx to everybody! we appreciate the support!!!

Actually, now that I think about it, your truck has to be the ONLY truck I am aware of that has been down longer than mine.. However, if memory serves me correctly, I think I did see a pass or two at the CHITOWN NATS in 2002, so dunno if total down time is longer, or just the frequency

And since my truck wasnt running at the Chitown Nats, I guess that makes me king of the dead trucks

Hehehe, just poking a little fun at you Ryan, BG said the new engine management is coming along alot better than FAST was right ?? Thats good news.. Any ETA ? ??

I am still praying for end of this season for mine to run. Time will tell

Yeah we were running for 2002 in ChiTown, just wish we would have made a better showing, but running 11.60 @ 125 on an all new engine, trans, rear end, turbo, intercooler etc isn't too bad....TEC3 is nice the computer runs everything really, coil on plug ignition, boost, etc...truck was running on 16:1 AF Ratio!!! As it sits it appears that 6 MSD Blaster SS coils is overkill, looking at burnt plug wires right now might have to step the voltage down before the coils as they put out 40,000 volts each!!! We'll get there its just one thing after another but when you've done things that nobody has ever done there is a huge learing curve...with the 4 link and new ignition we should break 10's fairly easy its just how far we go from there....hoping to be racing by months end...
