hey guys, just some food for thought. I recently aquired a stock turbo from a member that needed a rebuild due to a piece of plastic intake tube destroying the comp wheel.I was thinking about dropping the chra and turbine housing off at poly-dyn and having them ceramic coated and also taking the turbine shaft and thrust bearing for dry lube. im just looking for some feedback, ideas, thoughts on it. when i was building my motor i had them ceramicoat the combustion chambers and ports along with the valve heads and also dry lubed the piston skirts, rockerballs and havent had any problems with the coating. do you think that there would be any advantage to it? faster spoolup, friction reduction? thanks for the input
