Yes all those.

Bought a new ride, can't say it is a new DD, guess it could be.

It should make a decent tow rig for ty, and be nice to have at the track also.

Heading to pick it up this weekend. Leaving sunday night at 7pm, hoping to be back home Monday night and back to work tuesday morning. Wait I have an important meeting tuesday, no choice but to be back.

Yes I like punishment. 1600 miles round trip.

Not sure what route we are taking yet, may do both. Only 15 miles difference.

nice !! what motor , mine had a big block chevy. prepare yourself for 7 miles to the gallon empty.

yea 454 and 4l80e, if you buy one for gas mileage your buying to wrong ride.

My tahoe only gets 10 or so towing.

They are too cheap right now to pass up. Bought something I could pay cash for and not worry about it.

Going down won't matter on the route, but coming back I would go through nashville/chattanooga and stay away from the smoky mountains. Hills in a motorhome towing a car would suck donkey balls.

for shits and grins jeff...what did you have to give for it? I'd thought about picking up an old turdmobile for family vacations and what not. NEVER looked into prices, but that thing looks pretty pimp .

less than 7k, I was laughing this morning that I have more in my ty trans than I do in this.

My list of wants was a chevy chassis/engine (i know there is better but I know how to fix a chevy). 90's vintage, no loan, sleep 6. This one is 27ft, a lot of 30-33's out there. Went shorter as I plan to use it half the time towing the car trailer.

My thought is if it doesn't work out as planned, I can sell in a year/two and lose maybe 2k. Buy one new/with a load and would lose that the first week.

I grew up with a motorhome and enjoye still those memories I have with my family, my daughter is now 8, and loves road trips. She is as excited as I am which is good.

Be a lot easier if kiddo's, or other half want to go to the track also. They will have a place to be comfortable and I won't be stressed/worried about getting done as quick as possible.

If they still complain they will have to stay home.

I will hopefully have my T-Type there also. So that will be in rental class also.

Being only 2hrs from nats this year is going to be nice. Gotta figure out how to bring Dennis's ty down also, unless he stops by to get it.
