I pulled a couple of bolts out of my stash, I'm pretty sure they are the bolts you're asking about. The correct torque depends on the "class" (grade) of the bolt which is on the head. The bolts are 10mm section. The short bolt is a 10.9 so its torque is 60ft lb dry. The long bolt is a 9.8 so its torque is 40ft lb dry. Your 55 is a bit high, or a tad low. You're probably fine. Here's the chart I used. These same specs are in Section 0 in the front of the Helms Manuals. If I can't find a specific torque in the books, I use the Standard Torque Guides. Or use my impact. It isn't critical. But you know that... Cheers.
