Finally got some good tuning in today after several hours of more troubleshooting.
Things are moving as planned now. Tranny probably has 300 miles on it, 4-5 launches, etc.
The GM Ecm still dishing out a few little bugs to figure out. The list keeps getting shorter though.

I got to ride in the truck today, and help with some of the tuning. I must say I like this tranny already from a riders standpoint. The brutal 1-2 part throttle shift is not there, and it feels ALOT better under part throttle. Full throttle firms right up like it's supposed to as well.......I'm looking forward to it working 100%......

hopefully they figured out by now the bolt holes didnt line up. FYI, Dean your output shaft was a stock 4l80e turned down and re-splined for 700r4 specs. Found a company changing the input gear in the transfercase which allows the use of a larger 4l80e output shaft. May work, and require less work.

Yeah my bad, I kept forgeting to mention the holes were off, every time I would think of it I wasn't at a computer to let them know. Thanks for the info Mike, and interesting aproach, would be cool to see if it works.
