Can anyone recomend a do it yourself coating for a stock set of manifolds? I have no experience with this stuff and just want to keep my manifolds looking decent.

This has probably been discussed before but I could not find anything in the archives. Will a stock turbo supply enough air for a set of vortecs and .500 lift cam at 10-12psi? Or would you be better off running stock heads and more boost?
