Re: Removing Catalitic Converter/Resonator If i just have turndowns right after the mufflers? will that cause any problems? The original owner had the exhaust rerouted so 2 pipes come out the back (one on each side) and had turbomax mufflers installed. I dont really like the sound of them and...

Re: Removing Catalitic Converter/Resonator I was also going to have turndowns before the rear axle, i have always like that style and it saves weight as well.

I am getting the exhaust redone on the Sy tomorrow and was going to have them remove the Cat's and such tomorrow. There are no downsides to this correct?

Re: Hard Shift from 1st to 2nd & shuddering Ok guys... update on this. After a few more launches and some trouble shooting.. ive came to these facts. 1. If i launch with the shifter in "D" right after the initial launch it will take off hard, and before it reaches 2nd gear it bogs, studders...

Re: Hard Shift from 1st to 2nd & shuddering the check engine light doesnt flash, nothing of the sort.? It just falls flat on its face in 1st gear after a boosted launch. no check engine light or anything.

Re: Hard Shift from 1st to 2nd & shuddering The hard shift doesnt bother me to much.. infact i like it.. however my other sy does not do it (atleast this hard)... My main concern was the spinning rear tires at low boost and the shuttering from 1st and 2nd that occured after a launch into WOT...
