Re: LS1 Camaro, 96 Impala SS, and a Ford Ranger. Yeah I ran a 96 impals ss that sounded sick and he pulled on me. I was running 13.05 when that happened so I'm thinking he was running low to mid 12's. 100 shot, drags and spec stage 3 on her now. Have to go out hunting and look for that...

Re: zo6 with s/c vs sy Something went wrong for sure. My best is 12.39 in the 1/4 with a 7.9 in the 1/8. I can't imagine a s/c Z06 not running at least a mid 7 1/8.

Re: SRT vs. TY or SY :rotf: Sorry bro....a stock srt 4 is not going to give an LS1 or a s/c cobra a run unless the driver screws up. A stage 2 would be different and would hang. A stock srt 4 would probably hang with or beat 95-98 cobras and hang with LT1 maro's and bird's. I've smashed so...

Re: Ws6 Damn.....14.0? Even with the evelation I would think he would be able to pull better times than that. Does he know how to drive that thing? LS1's here run consistant 13.30's to 13.50's all day long stock.

Re: Ws6 I wasn't really doubting you. I said stock for stock when I posted above Everything changes when you start modding both cars. You're doing pretty well if you can take out an LS1 that generally runs anywhere from 13.20-13.60 stock, depending on driver skill. You're doing really good...

Re: Ws6 My experience with the sy/ty's (stock for stock) is that right around the 1/8 I'm catching them. Stock my 00SS was running 13.30's. With a lid, pulley, and gears it pulled 13.05 at 108 with a terrible 2.13 sixty foot. Now it has longtubes,ls6 intake, drag radials, and a 100 shot...
