Hey guys. Bought this turbo on here. From a board member was suppose to be new. After taking it apart found out that it was once rebuilt before, and the bearing blew again. Now I had it rebuilt again. And it makes A noise like a loud hum. And the fan don't spin at idle. Although it spins free...

saw it for sale off of hwy 100, I was working driving past, if i can ill post up his info if he has any on the truck.. i don't see it on here;) Ill take some pics of it too for everyone maybe help a non forum member out
