Check the wiring going to your DRAC. Maybe the connection is not tight The DRAC (white plastic box) is mounted to the outside of your ECM One of the wires controls the speedo Good luck

I have a TE-62, SMC Alky kit, and on just the internal wastegate and it is fine up to 20 psi, but when i hit the electric exhaust cutout I can shoot up to 24 psi real quick before the ignition starts popping and i have to back out of it I am looking at an external wastegate now Good Luck
