Has anyone had any problems with Race Proven Motors? My recent interaction with Mike Lee And his sales department was very disappointing. After ordering a part which they told me that they had in stock, and paid a priority shipping charge. A week later I had to call to remind them to send me my part. Mike excuse was that they had forgotten to ship the part. (they didn't forget to charge my account) Mike and the female in his sales department was very rude. She hung the phone up on me when I questioned why they charged me $10 shipping. When the postal shipping was only $4.85. Both Mike and his co-worker said that, if I didn't like how they conducted their buisness practices. That I should take by buisness else where, and the money that I spent with his company, doesn't mean much to him. One customer spending $40 might not mean much to Mike Lee. But multiply that by one hundred, and see the difference that makes. My experience with R.P.M. and Mike Lee is that they were very rude and very unprofessional. Mikes attitude is one of, (it's my company and I don't really care about the customers). Mike needs to understand that without your customers, you have no company. If anyone has had similar experiences with R.P.M. Let them them know, that they don't treat their customer like crap. And continually expect to have customers.
