George, why the mounting holes on the adapter plate is off center? I am sure you had a reason, just curious because the way its is moving the transfercase up.

Nevermid, come to think of it, its the output shaft that determine where the transfercase end up.

There is an indexing ring on the plate. You CANNOT move the plate up and down. The holes are off center because NONE of the holes are equidistant from the centerline. For some reason your truck's body is sitting 1" or so lower than everyone else's. Even mine with it's rotted mounts had plenty of room. You have 3 options. Modify the crossmember so it drops the tail of the trans down. Have plates machined to lift the body mounts. Clearance the floor. There is NOTHING you can do with that plate. That plate cannot be moved up and down. Your can modify the crossmember so it drops the trans down. Do it by cutting the end plates and lowering the crossmember on the endplates. Something is really off on your truck. When you first were complaining, I thought you were talking about up front, then I saw you were talking about in the rear. Haven't had anyone have what you have. They are close but not like yours. Is it possible you have the engine mounted farther toward the rear of the truck with your solid mounts? If there is any room for adjustment on those, would it help clearance if it was moved forward?
You have a unique situation and may need a floor clearance or modify the crossmember to drop the tail down and then see if you can get one of Mike Lee's torsion bar replacement components. Any welding shop can fix the crossmember. They can jig it up and then make it so it drops 3/4" to 1".

Mines look similar except the color, mines is from PTC. (http://www.ptcrace.com)
I was told the owner of PTC was a former TCS employee. I also got 3200 stall lockup.

PTC told me they didn't make multi plate converters and TCS doesn't make multiplate converters. Precision Industries made the one in the above pic. So yours is nothing like Jeremy's.

What I said was "Mines look similar except the color, "

I have multi disk lockup , bought form ckperformance which CK got from PTC, I don't think Chris would lied to me. Beside I dont know what Jeremy has.

That's weird. It almost looks like the seam has been pried open. But the main thing is that your setup is sitting way toward the rear of the truck. Like over an 1". I have stock mounts and my T-case just barely reaches the curve that you highlighted there. The easiest fix will probably be to resect the crossmember and drop the tail down and then use one of Mike Lee's rear torsion bar replacement kits after seeing what you have there.
I got what your saying on the torque converter. Your just saying his has a billet cover like yours. Just about all the 80e converters that are custom built will have a billet cover.

PTC was opened by former TCI employees.
They sponsored the guy I used to race with. Good stuff but they don't suggest locking the converter @ WOT and use a single disc as of last year. I could have paid 1100 for a PTC or 975 for a PI.

Yeah, I'm thinking he meant PATC. They have their own brand of multi clutch converters.
If it DID come from PTC, I wouldn't be locking it up at WOT but that'll be the supplier's call.
Locking up a small diameter single clutched converter will result in a VERY short life span.

No, its PTC and CK knows I am doing WOT lockup, I'll confirm.
