There are "drive oil" pressure guages. We use them in the yachts on big marine transmissions. Murphy, Stewart Warner, and AC Delco, and VDO are some of the ones we use.
You probably need 0-300 psi. I found in the Helms: full TV @1000RPM, in fwd=193-256. And full TV in Reverse @ 1000RPM=248-329psi.
Unless you're just 'nuts' for gauges, you might want to re-think the need for this. An electric sender won't fit directly on the case. It will need a hose/line. So will a mechanical gauge. If this hose fails, it could: make a big mess, burn up your trans, leave you stranded (no ATF in trans), or possibly start an oil-fire under the car.
I've found a pressure gauge to be indispensable when diagnosing transmission problems. Particularly TV-related issues. But I've never felt that transmission line pressure is something that needs to be continuously monitored once everything is sorted out.
