I am looking for a bob galla turbo to IC pipe, does anyone know where I can get one? If it has a flange for a BOV on it that is fine with me. Please let me know thanks

Buy a stainless u-bend and cut to fit. stainlesswork.net is one place, jegs also has them.

Yeah I was not looking to spend that much, on it. I know the Galla ones are cheaper than that so I wanted to get that one, because I want to do BOV on it also. Thanks Eddie

You could use that but you are going to need reducing couplers on both ends since hardpipes are usually 2" OD.

Re: Bob galla pipe?

My truck came from the previous owner with the official Bob Galla pipe. I found it to be a total bitch to remove when I needed to service the turbo or intercooler etc. Since I went to the rubber AutoZone radiator hose my life has been easier. Just a caveat you perhaps weren't aware of.

Thanks for the info but my deal, is I want a BOV and as far as I Know that is the best place or only place to mount one. Correct me if I am wrong?

No you are absolutely right. Sorry I made it sound worse than it really is - it's just harder obviously to maneuver a solid pipe than a flexible one, when the turbo is mounted solid and the stock intercooler has a half dozen mount points itself.

Yes this much I know I pulled the motor apart today and strip it down to do the head gaskets on it. Was very fun!! Thanks for the info though.

Re: Bob galla pipe?

you need a 2" OD pipe and it *should* be on a 2" centerline radius otherwise you will be clamping on the bend radius and the fit is poor. We just had (100) 2" 90 deg bends bent up on a 2" CLR (6061 T6 .065 aluminum), so if you are a DIY'er i can sell them for $20ea. You will just have to cut, trim, deburr, and beadroll the pipe.

The polished bends on ebay are from China and do not weld as well as the USA milled finish. Keep that in mind with the BOV, make sure you have someone that can tig weld aluminum for the flange.

Re: Bob galla pipe?

Cutting and trim them to make them fit perfectly take time. I had a cheap turbo IC pipe poorly fitting (it didn't fit) and trimmed it to fit. It took me 2 hours with hand tool to get it to fit right (grinder and hacksaw)
