Removing Front blinkers?

Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way of removing the front blinkers without taking the bumper off? Also my bumper is off alignment a little, what is the best way of straightening this problem out? Any information would be great, thanks in advance! Peter

the bulbs will twist out from the back of the housings

I had to remove my grill to get back in there.

Lay on the ground, and do it....I replaced my bumper and turn signals without removing anything---

this could be a pain if someone placed the screws to the turn lens in the wrong direction.
