my replacement cladding from PAS is raw, not painted, the cladding is natural matte black, very close to black, i know because both sides and even if you break a clip off its the same color through and through

by the pics and knowing what you paid, id say your in good shape. Even w/ the rebuilt status that truck running and driving should be close to double once you fix the cladding n stuff. Hows the engine run? AC blowing Cold ? are you able to drive it w/ the transfer case as is to ensure the transmission is healthy ? My trans went out the first week of driving it so unless you have a trans fund go easy on it.

and i think the GMC motorsports decals in teh wrong place too. Theres a guy that sells the set on ebay pretty cheap.

The truck doesn't run, the transmission pulled away from the engine and a small piece cracked off the bellhousing. I have to pull the transmission and transfer case next week and do some inspecting.

And DaveP. and Sherlock, all Black/Black Sy and Ty's came with raw cladding....
The combo is called Midnight Black/Gloss Black. No paint at all on the cladding. Thats why we have the problem keeping the cladding glossy....

I'm taking this weekend off. I need a vacation from work... I rent the building from Brookside Storage, we are just east of the airport, next to Oakland Plumbing. I'm usually there M-F 8am - 5pm. Sometimes on Saturdays

I wouldn't mind seems Tim's Ty again. I remember a few years back when it was for sale.
