Ferrea or Manley Valves?

blk00z28

Forced to by choice
They both seem to be priced close to one another. (Assuming the valves on RPM's site are Manleys.. they dont actually say.)

Which would you go with and why?

If you have another option, by all means post up. I'm looking for the 2.05/1.60(+/-). But I need to know which are better. Thanks.

Re: Ferrea or Manley Valves?

Ferrea I use them because they have been torture tested by me!

But no joke I have been running them in my 327 at 8500 for the past 2 years. I doesn't see it all the time but when it does it takes it.

Have never had any experience with Manley but I am sure they are to. Not much help but I don't think you will go wrong either way.

Re: Ferrea or Manley Valves?

We use manley valves in my NHRA Super stocker with no problems. 350 chevy turning to 9000 + rpm's.

Truthfully both are a great choice. I would use the most cost effective and availble of the two.
