I would just keep the door cladding. Seems like the least likely problem there. The bed fenders and front fenders take up the majority of the cladding anyway. Front and back bumper covers are made of different material anyway.

if he makes those fenders then he may as well make cladding

It's still for sell. These are spares that I purchased. Shaun is looking for $100K. He has $200,000 into the truck. 50 cents on the dollar seems reasonable.

If you want to come out here and build the molds locally I can do that. No way I'm taking my eyes off these fenders and ship them out of town as I'll probably never see them again.

Wow, that would be a HUGE mold . The price of the stock to cut *one* mold plus the design/machine time would be the down payment on a house easy. The table on the CNC I operate has a machining window of 64" X 32".


I have never had to cut something close to that size in that mill. On the other one that's a different story. When the boss starts taking measurements around the mill, things usually get "interesting"

I hope that something materializes out of this. Just for some friendly FYI, How much more does the "wide" fenders protrude over the stock ones? And is the draft angle close to the same?
