Sy #1512 hits the road agian, well sorta.....

Finally got the truck on the trailer, after an hour with a come along. The truck hasn't run in over a year now, pretty damn close right now just didn't make it before my move. Of course I pick a day to move when everyone is on vaca or at work :roll:

I'm gonna finish packing here in a minute and then I'm off for the 15 hour ish drive from Portland to my new home in San Fran, atleast till I get bored there and move agian :lol:

Unfortunately in true Roy style I had to get the largest, most hard to drive truck on the planet, 26' is pretty much overkill and then some :roll:

But they were all the same price :tup:

Finally the money shot, mmmm big turbo.

Ok, peace out P-town, i'll be off here for a day or so, so everyone don't do anything I wouldn't do, which pretty much leaves it wide open

You sure that is hooked up right? Not that I've ever towed a car like that, I've just never seen one hooked up that way.

thgats right what you cant see is that the strap comes down the front of the tire, the car can bounce on its suspension but wont move, Just keep an eye on the straps if it rains

I hate those trailers.
you can only load it one way.

I tend to level mine more so there isn't 50% tongue weight.
As heavy as these trucks are over the front wheels it's a chore sometimes.
Then again the suspension on that tow vehicle can handle it just fine.

Did you ever get your A/A intercooler back from getting repaired from TT? Do you have any engine compartment pictures?

No, stop! Stay in Oregon. LOL. You're gunna hate CA. At least I pretty much do. Cost of living, smog, TAXES!!! Oregon is nice for no taxes. I'm about 45mins to an hour south of the oregon border. You might drive right through arcata/eureka if you take the 101 down.

Nope that's the last piece I need, still being redone.

I've lived in Cali before so it's not a big deal, I like it more here anyway. Taxes always seemed the same in both states.

Don't know, bought it that way and never changed it, looks like someone put the tailgate stickers on there in place of regular, because they are smaller.

I know it sucks dude, I hate leaving everyone behind but I just get too bored with life and have to constantly keep myself entertained. I guarentee this isn't the last move, I've even considered Florida at one point, heard it was really humid though.
