i am pritty sure you will have to have it in manual 3 or drive not overdrive becuase it will show torque multiplication or somthing like that ( if you want a good reading leav it in od haha)

Well, I have dyno'd many vehicles in my time however not a Sy/Ty. If the same holds true then her are my suggestions:

1. You are looking for the closest 1:1 drive ratio as possible but stay out of OD IMO.
2. Typically, a locked converter will yield higher overall numbers
3. All dynos are differene and will yield different results, dyno braking will let the turbo spool quicker and you will see an earlier increase of HP.
4. Are you on an AWD dyno?
5. Be safe, do not stand along side of the truck (driveshaft explosion) or behind the truck (you may end up eating a wheel weight!)

6. HAVE FUN!!!!

If you want a real good reading tell the dyno operator you have 410 gears or lower, 430's etc.
