How Strong is the Rear Driveshaft ?! ---

I was just curious as to what hp rating should you start to consider replacing the rear driveshaft?! As long as you use a good set of ujoints its pretty strong right, since only 65% of the power goes to the rear?! ---

I would say you will break a lot of other things first.

OK, thanks JS , I appreciate it. I was about to get a CF peice from Waller but wasnt too sure if I needed it or not ---


ps, lol .... I just got a cf driveshaft from Waller from his ebay auction, oh well...atleast thats ONE part I wont have to worry about busting anytime soon!!! ---

The nice thing about CF is its light and if it does break, it just kinda desentigrates so it doesn't damage anything.
