Re: congrats hardman!!!

I had to call Mike and let him know his truck was worth double now.

Seems syty land has been getting some good coverage lately.

Re: congrats hardman!!!

Thats cool I saw that article earlier at autozone. I like the 90 ZR-1's on the Typhoon, too bad I sold my 90 ZR-1 today.

HELL YEA!!!!!

I saw the originals, and met the photographer the day at track when Jeremy ran the record pass. There were like 5-6 shots that James took that were quite possibly the best automotive pictures I've seen from an Ameature photographer.

Congrats to both James, and Mike.

Look like old Vette wheels.

ZR1's?

BTW, I don't think there was a propshaft in the Ty when the pic was taken.... :squint:

I think the pictures were taken pre- Jeff Scott shattering the prop shaft.:rotf:

Congrats Mike & James:tup:

BTW: Everyone be aware Jeff Scott sold the rat SY, so he is on the prowl looking for a truck to "borrow" for awhile.

Easy Boys, there was no photoshop involved in that pic.

Yes it was AWD in that pic, but soon after Jeff broke the propshaft, and I broke the cladding off the drivers side on the way to nats after the photo was taken. As I look out the window now I see it covered in snow and road grime missing the cladding it doesn't even look like the same truck. Funny thing is that wasn't the best picture.

I thought the rear shots showing the 315's were much better, but I guess the window sticker is politically incorrect or something.

As for the wheels being in odd directions, there was a powdercoating problem, and I figured wtf, I gotta dismount them again anyway, so I wasnt going to all the hassle of fixing it just for a few pictures. Yes they are 90 Zr1's...how are those coming along Brian?

Truth is, a friend of mine wanted to shoot Jeremy's Sy for the phr photo contest, and we ran out of time before the deadline. He had been playing around with mine in different locations just practicing, and sent them in even though the truck wasnt the ideal subject. He had the tech info for the record breaking stock turbo truck and no info for mine, hence no engine info.

This guys work is pretty damn good. hopefully when the track date is set James will come by and take some photos of all the trucks.

Even though I know its no magazine quality truck, its still pretty cool to see it in there, and the prints look like postcards.

Yeah it sucks that when went to Tri -State the texas rat Sy had front dif problems and screwed up the whole timing thing! James shoots a helluva picture and hopefully on the JSM/FBI Track day he can get some good shots of Sy's & Ty's.

As far as your truck goes it just needs some TLC. Once your life gets settled down you will more time to get it right, but I have seen worst shape vehicles in magazines before!

I will have to pick up this issue. Will you autograph it for me?:rotf:
